Temporary permit

It is a travel document valid for one (1) year and issued to Kenyans to enable them travel within the East-Africa region.

Requirements for Temporary permit

  1. Original ID and a copy for Adults or Original Passport and copy for adults
  2. Original Birth Certificate and a copy for minors
  3. Two Passport Size photos
  4. Prescribed fee

Application Steps

  1. Register for an e-citizen account
  2. Fill online application
  3. Pay prescribed fee
  4. Print two (2) copies the duly completed application form and two invoices
  5. Attached copies of required documents
  6. Submit at the nearest Immigration office (for Airport) or at point of entry/exit
